• Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct at any community gathering or meetup listed on the platform.
• Violate any applicable local, state, or national laws, environmental protection codes, or private property boundaries during trail exploration.

4. Community Submissions & Intellectual Property

When you submit place recommendations, descriptions, reviews, or photographs to Plota, you retain ownership of your content while granting Plota a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, curate, format, and publish such material on the platform. All Plota branding, logos, editorial guides, and platform interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of Relaef Technologies.

5. Outdoor Activities & Offline Meetups Disclaimer

Participation in outdoor walking trails, ridge hikes, cycling runs, or third-party workshops listed on Plota is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk. Plota curates informational recommendations but does not own, operate, or supervise independent venues or trail routes. We encourage all explorers to observe local safety guidelines, weather forecasts, and trail precautions.

6. Limitation of Liability
